When junk removal is part of a restoration claim — for example, removing damaged contents after a flood — we itemize the removal so it can be reviewed alongside the rest of the loss. For standalone cleanouts, insurance is typically not involved, and we invoice you directly.

Do you offer same-day pickup?

What items can't you take?
We can't take hazardous waste (fuels, solvents, chemicals) or ammunition. Everything else — from a single item to a full property cleanout — we handle.
Do you recycle and donate?
Yes. Whenever items are in usable condition we donate them, and we recycle metals, electronics, and cardboard before defaulting to landfill.
Can you handle full estate or property cleanouts?
Absolutely. Full estate cleanouts, downsizing moves, and pre-listing clear-outs are a regular part of our work.
Do I need to move items to the curb?
No. Our team does all the heavy lifting — from wherever the item currently sits, including basements, upper floors, garages, and sheds.
