What should I do in the first ten minutes after a burst pipe?
Shut off the main water valve to the house, turn off electricity to any affected areas at the panel if it's safe to do so, move belongings out of the water, and call us. We can walk you through anything else on the phone.
Do you fix the burst pipe itself?
We coordinate directly with a trusted local plumber for the source repair, or work alongside your own plumber. Our team handles all the water damage restoration — extraction, drying, sanitization, and rebuild.
Can hardwood floors be saved after a burst pipe?
Often, yes — if we're called within 24–48 hours. Cavity-drying systems and controlled dehumidification save many hardwood floors that would otherwise be replaced.
Will my insurance cover a burst pipe?
Sudden and accidental burst-pipe damage is typically covered. Frozen-pipe damage is covered when the home was reasonably heated. Slow, long-term leaks usually aren't. We document everything so your adjuster has a clear picture.

How long does the drying take?
Structural drying typically takes 3–5 days depending on the affected area and materials. We monitor moisture daily and don't declare the space dry until readings prove it.
Can I stay in the home during the work?
Most homeowners can. Drying equipment is noisy but safe to live around. We contain affected areas so the rest of your home stays usable.
Do you handle both cleanup and rebuild?
Yes. Same team, one contract — extraction, drying, mold prevention, drywall, flooring, trim, and paint.
What if the burst was caused by frozen pipes — will you help prevent it next time?
Yes. We can identify the vulnerable line and coordinate with a plumber or insulation contractor for freeze-prevention work as part of the rebuild scope.
